What is sperm donation?
Sperm donation is an IVF method applied to men who, for various reasons, do not produce sperm, have a low sperm count, or whose sperm is insufficient to create a healthy embryo. Sperm obtained from a healthy donor is combined with the egg cells of the female partner, and the resulting embryo is transferred to the woman's uterus.
It is generally recommended for men diagnosed with azoospermia or for couples who do not want to pass on genetic diseases. It is also preferred by single women who wish to have a child.

How is sperm selected?
Our hospital does not accept external sperm donations. The sperm used for donation is obtained from the world's most reliable sperm banks, accompanied by official certifications, transported in nitrogen tanks and approved by the Ministry of Health before entering the country. Sperm banks also provide information about the donor's physical characteristics, so the most suitable donor can be selected for each couple.
